Mission Statement

The Roundtable is an informal exchange of ideas and a venue for making contacts among Canadianists in Michigan and the surrounding regions. The Spring Annual meeting is the Roundtable's main activity. The Roundtable also has a web site for sharing information.

Format of Annual Meetings

The annual meeting is a day-long affair which revolves around discussions held during sessions. Each discussion is devoted to a specific topic chosen from preferences indicated on the registration form. For past topics, click here. Two or three discussions are held during a session. There are three sessions (two morning, one afternoon). Welcome sessions, breaks, lunch (with a speaker), and other special activities (such as a talk from the Shaw Festival and a field trip), form the rest of the day. Click here for a Meeting Template.
